PA Star Awards 2010!

Jurong Central won the Special Team Awards 2010 (for i dono what reason),

and i attended with some of my colleagues this morning at HQ.

we are suppose to be in the full corporate attire.

with the big fat black jacket under the hot hot sun. 

being the 1st time with the experience of wearing the full "gear",

i forget to wear my long sleeves! ):

superrrrrrr sad.

anyway,

tonnes of awards were given out during this ceremony!

  10, 20, 25, 30, 35 and even 40 years of Long Service Awards, i really salute the 40years recipients!!
• 7 Special Team Awards 
• Health Champions
• Merit Awards (can't really remember the exact)
• and the Outstanding Staffs Awards!

around 200 colleagues from all departments recieved awards this morning,

imagine how long i've clapped!

and huge smiles was hanging on everyone faces.

its just certainly a beautiful scene. (:

but it keeps me motivated, and of course wondering at the same time.

how did these outstanding award recipients get recongised?

do they nominate themselves?

or were they selected by their superiors?

how does a superior recongised his/her staff to be submitted as outstanding?

most importantly,

will i have the chance to recieve the plague from My Deputy Chairman?

how far away am i from the award?

am i even close?

if the problem doesnt lies with me,

does it means it lies with my superiors?
