i dono if its me or what,

but i have super werid customers today!

Customer 1

HE: is this the same to collect the phone book?

ME: Yar. But the collection will only start on 28'Dec.

HE: can't i collect it now, since im already here?

But i dont have the books, how do i give you although you are already here?

Customer 2

HER: Can you help me check if there if there is class today?

ME: Can. But accordingly to the attendance file, trainer did not state that there is no class.

HER: Oh. Maybe u can ask the guy inside (which is my manager), he is more senior.

What makes you think that the more senior staff will know whether there is a class today anot?
